1 tbs yoghurt ˝ cup melted butter 1˝cups brown rice flour or 50:50 wholemeal flour 4 bananas, ripe and mashed 2 tsp baking powder substitute 1 egg beaten ˝ cup honey |
Combine rice flour, baking powder substitute. Combine wet ingredients and mix together with dry ingredients. Pour into prepared 20 cm tin. Bake approximately 1 hour at 1800. |
