Serves 8
1 tbs yoghurt
½ cup melted butter
1½cups brown rice flour or 50:50 wholemeal flour
4 bananas, ripe and mashed
2 tsp baking powder substitute
1 egg beaten
½ cup honey
Combine rice flour, baking powder substitute. Combine wet
ingredients and mix together with dry ingredients. Pour into
prepared 20 cm tin. Bake approximately 1 hour at 1800.
